Payments
Prices are in CAD, (Canadian dollars). Your payment will be converted to your currency automatically after payment. Check your paypal or credit card statement for the change to your currency after payment is completed.
Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you will be notified by email. Orders under are shipped via standard mail. Packages ship out Wednesdays and Fridays.
If you require faster shipping, please contact us to review your options.
Within Canada: (GST/HST charged depending on delivery address)
Rates calculated at checkout.
US and International Shipping: Rates will be calculated at checkout.
Refunds and Exchanges
Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 15 days of delivery
Conditions of return
Products may be returned for a store credit within 15 days of original purchase, provided the product is unopened and in "like-new" condition. Any shipping on returns will be paid by the buyer unless we are responsible for the mistake (ie. we shipped the wrong product, not enough, or there is a defect we didn't notice while packaging), then Lady Stardust will pay the freight. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom items are not eligible for returns.
